Purpose and acceptance
The site presents heyjaniz work, services and digital products. By submitting a form, purchasing or engaging a service, you confirm that you have legal capacity and accept the relevant terms.
Digital products
Each listing states its contents, compatibility, price and delivery terms. Buyers must check that they have the skills, software and technical environment required.
Unless stated otherwise, products are downloadable source files with documentation. Hosting, domain, installation, ongoing maintenance, indefinite support and customization are not included.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are in US dollars. PayPal processes payments and enabled payment methods; heyjaniz does not receive or store full card numbers.
Downloads become available after payment confirmation. Links are subject to the expiry and download limit shown on the confirmation page. Contact us if a technical issue prevents delivery.
License
Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, worldwide and non-transferable license to use and modify the product in your own or client projects as a customized end product.
- You may modify the content, design and code and use the result commercially.
- You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share or publish the template, its source code or a substantially identical version as a template, kit, download or competing product.
- Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses as stated in the product documentation.
Cancellations and refunds
Before access or download begins, you may request cancellation if payment has not been completed or access has not been enabled. Because these are digital products, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once download begins.
We will review duplicate purchases, defective files, material mismatch with the listing, or delivery failures attributable to heyjaniz that we cannot correct. Mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected.
Custom services
Design, development and customization services are also governed by the accepted proposal, scope, schedule and payment terms. The project agreement prevails for that service. Out-of-scope work may require a new estimate.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, copy, designs, illustrations, code and products belong to Janice Chen or are used with permission. No rights transfer except the license expressly granted upon purchase.
Acceptable use and availability
- Do not use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or in violation of third-party rights.
- Do not bypass security, disrupt the service, automate abusive downloads or access unauthorized areas.
- Access may be suspended for fraud, improper chargebacks, license breaches or security risks.
- The site may be updated or temporarily unavailable; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Liability
Products are adaptable tools. We do not promise commercial results, rankings, sales or compatibility with later third-party changes.
To the extent allowed by law, heyjaniz is not liable for indirect losses or use contrary to the documentation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy, law and changes
Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. Disputes should first be raised in good faith by direct contact, without limiting any consumer remedy.
We may update these terms. The version in force when payment is completed applies to that purchase unless the law requires otherwise.
